During the years of the project activity, there were no failures to meet the deadlines for the production of works specified in the Contracts, there were no claims or reclamations from the Customers, the current comments of the Customers were eliminated in a timely manner. The existing cases of increasing the time are associated only with the late issuance of additional work by the Customers or the introduction by the Customers of significant changes in the terms of reference, as well as significant terms for consideration by the authorized bodies.

All projects developed in the period under review passed the examination from the first presentation.

The main sections of the project documentation are developed in stages and sequentially, passing through the following main stages of development:

Stage “PP”. The stage “Project preparation” or “pre-project” includes a situational plan, a reference plan (restrictions on the use of the territory), a sketch of the general plan scheme, a traffic organization scheme, a schematic representation of the approximate dimensions of the sanitary protection zone, an enlarged balance of the territory, schemes for connecting to external engineering networks, scheme of on-site networks, approximate calculation of loads, sketches of space-planning solutions, approximate summary estimate calculation. Additionally, architectural visualization, architectural layout, calculation of the effectiveness of investments in the use of energy-efficient and energy-saving technologies for the production and use of energy can be developed.

Stage “PD”. The stage “Project documentation” is the main stage, which is sent to state and non-state examination bodies and contains the development of the final architectural, construction, space-planning, technological, engineering and design solutions for the projected object. Special sections of project documentation are being developed in accordance with the requirements and regulations.

Stage “RD”. The stage “Working documentation” is the working drawings of building structures, architectural solutions, engineering networks and systems necessary for the production of installation and construction work. The working drawings indicate the exact geometric parameters and characteristics of the building, its structures and their constituent elements, including the technical characteristics of equipment and systems.

As part of the design activities, we carry out architectural supervision and technical supervision (construction control).

Author’s supervision – a set of actions of representatives of the design organization, mainly the authors of the project or its section, carried out visually and documentarily and aimed at determining the compliance of urban planning, architectural planning, artistic, technical, technological and environmental solutions and actions carried out by the contractor in the process of erecting a construction object, decisions adopted in the working design of the construction site.

We offer architectural supervision both for our own projects and as a separate service for previously completed design work by another organization. The presence of design teams in the staff of the organization allows to resolve all issues from the side of the general contractor and the technical customer as soon as possible by presenting ready-made design solutions for clarifying and / or changing the working documentation approved for the production of works within the framework of architectural supervision. And also prepare technical specifications for “additional design” and carry out these drawings and calculations in case of additional work and the need to justify and legalize them (re-passing the examination, both when adjusting the project, and when dividing the stages of construction, installation and design work in turn).

We offer the implementation of Technical Supervision as a separate service at your facilities, and as part of the performance of the functions of the Technical Customer during construction.

Construction control is carried out during the entire period of newly started construction of enterprises, reconstruction, expansion and technical re-equipment of existing enterprises in industry, transport, energy, communications, melioration and water management, agriculture and other facilities, as well as construction, reconstruction and expansion of housing and civil buildings and structures. The main tasks of construction control are: control over compliance with design decisions, construction deadlines and requirements of regulatory documents, including the quality of construction and installation works, compliance with the cost of construction, reconstruction, expansion, technical re-equipment of enterprises (objects) with duly approved projects and estimates.
