Business ethics
The main thing that determines the success of any company is its employees. The reputation, authority, successful and sustainable development of the Company depend on each of us. The Company pays great attention to ensuring a favorable psychological climate and creating conditions for the realization of the potential of each employee.
Work in the Company provides for strict observance by all employees of legislative, ethical and professional norms and standards that meet the requirements of the state, market, etc. The Company adheres to the principle of rejection of corruption in all forms and manifestations in the course of both operating, investment and other activities. The Company considers any manifestation of corporate fraud unacceptable, regardless of the amount of damage caused to it.
The Company operates a Security Hotline (HLB), and employees are trained in the field of compliance. In accordance with the principles of compliance, an information campaign is being conducted to prevent corruption and form an intolerant attitude towards manifestations of fraud among the management and employees of the Company. Information about the measures taken to combat corporate fraud and prevent corruption is published in the Company’s internal information publications.
Internal communications
Internal communications are an integral part of the corporate culture of Alliance plus and one of the main factors in improving performance. Today in Alliance plus, the tasks of timely informing the staff about key changes, projects and events taking place in the Company, supporting cooperation and sharing knowledge between departments are coming to the fore.
In order to correctly determine the directions for further development of the corporate culture and the system of internal communications, Alliance plus conducts sociological research on a regular basis. The studies make it possible to assess the level of awareness and satisfaction of personnel with HR and social programs, identify areas of potential and existing risks, and provide recommendations on the development of the Company’s HR and social policies.
