Every year, the capital of Turkmenistan, Ashgabat, hosts an international event known as OGT, which includes an international conference and exhibition. It is one of the key platforms for discussing the development of the oil and gas sector in the region.
This year, the international conference on oil and gas will be held from October 23–25, 2024. This will be the 29th edition of the event, once again demonstrating its consistent success over many years. The organizers of the event are the State Concerns “Turkmengas,” “Turkmennebit,” the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, and the State Corporation “Turkmengeology.”
The conference and exhibition aim to strengthen regional dialogue on the sustainable development of the energy sector, review current trends in the global energy system, and expand opportunities and create conditions for attracting foreign investments into Turkmenistan’s oil and gas industry.
